“I think we’ve really reached the bottom of the market here. So what you’re seeing is a turnaround from here on in. Now I don’t think the market is going to go up in leaps and bounds any time really soon, but you will see a slow progression from here …

I think savvy investors will start coming back into the market now. Obviously there’s a lot of stuff going on in central Queensland, and with that house prices and house rentals will follow suit.”
